Return & Refund Policy

We take great care in crafting our products and want you to love your purchase. Because our tallow skincare is handmade in small batches and intended for personal use, we have the following policy in place.

Returns

Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for health and safety reasons.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for:

  • Items damaged during shipping

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect items sent

Once your claim is approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out and we will make it right.
